Avalon Cloud + Artificial Intelligence = ABI

Abi is one of our pets, and we have trained her to communicate in natural language with Avalon Cloud users. Abi is a specialist in the configuration and functionality of Avalon Cloud, so she can help you with anything you need on that topic—and maybe even more.

Our other pet is a bit more rebellious, but we’ve convinced her to start preparing to become the perfect operational ‘copilot’ for users. We are working with the latest available technologies to provide her with the necessary tools to carry out complete, orderly processes, guided in written natural language or even by voice remotely.

Abi uses Azure OpenAI Service and is based on the latest version of OpenAI's GPT model.

SaaS

If you wish, all you need to use Avalon Cloud is Internet and a web browser, as the product is offered as SaaS using Microsoft Azure as the cloud provider.

You can also opt for a distributed system, with or without data replication, or a hybrid system ("on-premise" and cloud) in cases where network conditions are poor in some hotels.

Azure offers custom scalability, increasing client demand coverage and ensuring the system is agile, secure, always available, backed up, and compliant with global regulations.

TECH STACK

We use the latest versions of C# and ASP.NET Core for the backend, Razor Pages and primarily HTML5, JQuery, and Less CSS for the frontend. We also rely on reputable libraries for specific reporting and design functions.

Our platform simplifies software deployment by integrating all necessary tools to develop, test, implement, and manage applications, while also using services like Azure App Service for web hosting and Azure SQL Database and Azure Storage for data storage.
